The Sales Representative manages the sales activities of the on-trade channel. The role focuses on both sell-in and sell-out management with a focus on business expansion in the assigned territory through the implementation of commercial agreements that maximize the company's return on investment and visibility. The Sales Representative actively collaborates with colleagues within the assigned Business Unit.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop sales in the assigned area.
- Ensure maximum visibility for assigned brands.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the assigned business unit.
- Maintain positive business relations with key players.
- Regularly visit key customers.
- Analyse sales data regularly.
- Monitor monthly sales trends.
- Draw up commercial contracts with partners.
- Carry out market analyses.
- Map the activities of competitors.
- Manage orders with customers.
- Monitor distribution.
- Ensure that promotional activities are in line with guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments: Marketing, Customer Service and Logistics.
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
- University degree or higher education diploma.
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Previous experience in the FMCG industry is considered a plus.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Commercial relationship management skills.
- Fluent Croatian and English.
- Fluent German is considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Clean driving license.
- Work permit for EU countries
