Location: Zagreb
Main responsibilities:
- Assisting with developing and implementing pricing strategies to optimize profitability and market share
- Conducting comprehensive analysis of pricing and profitability data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives
- Monitoring competitor pricing and market conditions to inform strategic decisions
- Preparing and analysing detailed sales and pricing reports
- Providing assistance in creating customer proposals and agreements
- Managing customer contracts and other documentation
- Managing and maintaining the CRM system and Qlik sense system
- Providing insights and recommendations to enhance sales processes and performance
- Providing support to field sales personnel as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
