- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to expand the company's market presence
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Conducting field work, frequently visiting clients, distributors, investors, contractors, installers, architects and retailers
- Overseeing both account management and project management tasks, preparing offers and specifications and ensuring client needs are met and projects are completed successfully
- Acting proactively to understand customer requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and project activities
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
- Technical education background is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, project management, procurement or similar role, preferably within a similar industry
- Strong local knowledge and network in Dalmatia, with the ability to leverage connections to drive sales
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
