Main responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing the sales strategy, in cooperation with the Commercial Director
- Leading, motivating, and managing a team of sales representatives, in order to meet and exceed sales targets
- Designing and implementing innovative sales approaches to achieve business goals
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients and business partners
- Negotiating contracts with major clients, ensuring profitable and long-term partnerships
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, providing regular monthly and annual sales reports
- Participating in the design of technical solutions for custom projects tailored to client needs
- Overseeing the execution of customized projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and business objectives
- Participating in training, motivating, and evaluating performance of employees
- Coordinating with teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans and objectives
- Monitoring market trends, price movements, and changes in demand to identify new sales opportunities and adjust sales strategies
- Implementing occupational safety measures
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in similar positions
- Business and market orientation
- Consulting approach to working with clients
- Experience in team leadership
- Proactivity, persistence, organization, responsibility, and a focus on achieving results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Driver's license
- Advanced computer skills
