 Category Manager (m/f/d)
     
Main responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing category strategies to meet sales and profit targets
  • Analyzing market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth
  • Developing, monitoring and optimizing portfolio & product assortment
  • Conducting competitive analysis to assess market positioning
  • Forecasting sales and setting pricing strategies for products in the category
  • Developing brand strategy
  • Planning new products development
  • Developing brand communications
  • New markets development

Required skills, knowledge and experience:
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing
  • 7+ years of experience in brand and category development role, preferably in FMCG
  • Proficiency in brand strategy development and brand positioning and differentiation
  • Knowledge of market research and consumer insights
  • Creative thinking and storytelling
  • Visual identity design and brand aesthetics
  • Multi-channel marketing expertise
  • Brand monitoring and analysis
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Innovation and adaptability
  • Strong project management skills
