Our client is Daikin, a leading provider of heating, cooling, ventilation, air purification and refrigeration technology for residential, commercial, and industrial purposes. They are currently looking for a person to join their team in the position of:

HR Generalist (m/f/d)

Main responsibilities:

Defining job profiles in collaboration with managers, and deciding search methods
Posting job ads, analysing applications, and conducting interviews
Facilitating hiring decisions and preparing offers
Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes
Conducting and documenting onboarding and exit interviews
Managing employer branding activities, such as cooperation with universities
Coordinating with payroll providers
Drawing up employment contracts, amendments, salary letters, termination documents, warnings, pay back clauses, etc.
Acquiring and maintaining labour law knowledge for Croatia
Identifying and organizing training needs of employers, in coordination with managers
Organising trainings and supporting leaders to ensure learning transfer into daily operations
Coordinating with external providers if needed
Collaborating with the management team on budget planning

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economy, law or similar areas
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferable in an international environment
Strong communication skills
Strong knowledge in labour law
Advanced verbal and written communications skills in English
Proficiency in MS office
Experience with HRIS system is an advantage
