HR Generalist (m/f/d)
Main responsibilities:
- Defining job profiles in collaboration with managers, and deciding search methods
- Posting job ads, analysing applications, and conducting interviews
- Facilitating hiring decisions and preparing offers
- Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes
- Conducting and documenting onboarding and exit interviews
- Managing employer branding activities, such as cooperation with universities
- Coordinating with payroll providers
- Drawing up employment contracts, amendments, salary letters, termination documents, warnings, pay back clauses, etc.
- Acquiring and maintaining labour law knowledge for Croatia
- Identifying and organizing training needs of employers, in coordination with managers
- Organising trainings and supporting leaders to ensure learning transfer into daily operations
- Coordinating with external providers if needed
- Collaborating with the management team on budget planning
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economy, law or similar areas
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferable in an international environment
- Strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge in labour law
- Advanced verbal and written communications skills in English
- Proficiency in MS office
- Experience with HRIS system is an advantage
