The Field Sales Representative is responsible for overseeing the retail channel's sales operations. This position is dedicated to both the acquisition and distribution aspects, aiming to grow the business within the designated area by executing trade agreements that enhance the organization's profitability and brand presence.
Main responsibilities:
- Expand sales within the designated territory.
- Engage with team members from the same business division.
- Adhere to promotional guidelines.
- Oversee distribution processes.
- Boost brand visibility to its peak.
- Handle customer orders.
- Chart competitor activities.
- Conduct market research.
- Formulate partnership agreements.
- Track monthly sales patterns.
- Perform regular analysis of sales figures.
- Visit principal clients routinely.
- Uphold constructive relationships with major stakeholders.
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in sales.
- Background in the FMCG sector is advantageous.
- Proficient in sales techniques and negotiations.
- Adept at managing business relationships.
- Proficiency in Croatian and English.
- Knowledge of German is an asset.
- Readiness for frequent travel.
- Valid driver's license.
- Eligibility to work within the EU.
