HR Talent Management and ESG Expert (m/f/d)
Main responsibilities
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Providing support in the implementation of talent management strategies aimed at attracting, retaining, and developing talent
- Ensuring systematic monitoring of the entire talent management process throughout the year, including the identification of key talents, planning their development, and tracking progress and achievements
- Monitoring and implementing ESG initiatives aligned with the company's values
- Participating in the preparation and writing of ESG reports from the HR domain in coordination with the group's operational companies and in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Managing employee relations, including negotiations with unions and the development of internal communications
- Providing support in external communication, including PR initiatives and social media announcements
- Enhancing the employer brand through targeted communication and employer branding initiatives
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of human resources
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of standard ESG reporting frameworks and regulatory requirements is an advantage
- Analytical and proactive work approach
- Advanced communication and organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Active use of English language, both spoken and written
