Sales Representative
Location: Dalmatia
 
Main responsibilities:
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to expand the company's market presence
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Conducting field work, frequently visiting clients, distributors, investors, contractors, installers, architects and retailers
  • Overseeing both account management and project management tasks, preparing offers and specifications and ensuring client needs are met and projects are completed successfully
  • Acting proactively to understand customer requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and project activities

Required skills, knowledge and experience:
  • Technical education background is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, project management, procurement or similar role, preferably within a similar industry
  • Strong local knowledge and network in Dalmatia, with the ability to leverage connections to drive sales
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
