Each team member completes an online self-assessment questionnaire. In addition, each participant receives a 360 assessment from their peers and superiors.

After selecting a teambuilding format, the agreed activities are carried out on the day of implementation, and if necessary, additional follow-up and individual interpretation of the Belbin report are carried out. In all teambuilding formats, a Belbin team report is delivered, and guidelines for further team development are also provided, if necessary.
