We are currently seeking a proactive and motivated professional to join their team in the position of:
Integrated Capacity Planner (m/f/d)
Location: Solin
Main responsibilities:
- Drives the end-to-end capacity planning process across all relevant departments, ensuring alignment between business priorities, resource demand, and available capacities, with a particular focus on Engineering
- Acts as a central interface for capacity planning by coordinating stakeholder inputs, resolving planning conflicts, and ensuring transparency in resource allocation
- Analyses and continuously improves planning methodologies, structures, and processes to increase forecast accuracy, efficiency, and robustness, including the application of AI-supported planning approaches
- Utilizes analytical tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, and Excel VBA to generate insights, support management decision-making, and provide transparency on capacities, due dates, and key performance indicators
- Develops, maintains, and optimizes database-driven capacity planning and reporting solutions, ensuring integration with existing planning and reporting systems
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
- University degree required; technical or engineering background is an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar engineering role
- Extensive knowledge of planning tools and analyzing tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Experience with reporting and business intelligence solutions, preferably Power BI, Qlik Sense and Excel VBA
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional planning activities and influence stakeholders at different organizational levels
- Strong business acumen combined with an entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex analytical topics to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
