Our standard selection process includes an online meeting and a thorough structured interview, reference checks, and psychological testing. Depending on the client's requirements, deviations are possible, such as adding or omitting certain steps. Throughout the process, we provide support to candidates for any questions and career guidance, as well as in situations where candidates find it difficult to make a decision about a career change.

The selection process can take longer than typical in-house recruitment processes because it involves both our and the client’s selection procedures. The duration largely depends on the specifics and needs of each client, usually ranging from one month to six months, with the most common duration being around 2-3 months, also taking into account the candidate’s notice period.
