Offer Project Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Zagreb or Solin
Main responsibilities:
- Prepares competitive offers for complex hydropower projects, including new installations and modernization projects
- Leads proposal teams and develops technically and commercially optimized solutions for mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Defines and implements project strategies and objectives in close coordination with the sales organization
- Ensures complete, accurate, and appropriate clarification and documentation of technical and commercial contract conditions
- Coordinates and aligns internal and external stakeholders while taking project scope and requirements into account
- Provides functional leadership to international and cross-disciplinary proposal teams
- Ensures adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budget targets throughout the proposal phase
- Applies and ensures compliance with internal processes and actively supports risk management activities
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
- Degree in engineering or a related technical field
- Proven experience in project management within proposal and/or execution phases of large infrastructure projects, ideally in hydropower or comparable industries
- Strong leadership personality with excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
- High resilience and ability to work effectively in international and diverse teams
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a structured and results-oriented approach
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office; knowledge of SAP, Primavera, BIM, AI, or digital engineering tools is an advantage
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
