Voditelj transporta i mehanizacije (m/f/d)

Lokacija: Zagreb

Voditelj transporta i mehanizacije odgovoran je za učinkovito upravljanje građevinskom mehanizacijom, voznim parkom i tehničkim resursima kompanije, uz podršku uspješnoj realizaciji projekata.

Ključne odgovornosti:

Vođenje i koordinacija rada transporta i mehanizacije te organizacija operatera, vozača i tehničkog osoblja
Upravljanje građevinskim strojevima i voznim parkom te planiranje rasporeda u skladu s prioritetima i dinamikom projekata
Planiranje nabave, zamjene i modernizacije strojeva, vozila i opreme
Organizacija i koordinacija montaže kranskih dizalica i specijalne opreme na gradilištima
Izrada i provođenje godišnjeg budžeta
Izvještavanje o realizaciji te ostvarenim uštedama
Optimizacija transportnih ruta, rasporeda vožnji i angažmana strojeva
Vođenje tima, briga o njihovom razvoju i zadovoljstvu

Potrebne kvalifikacije:

Najmanje 3 godina iskustva na istim ili sličnim poslovima u građevinskoj ili srodnoj industriji
Iskustvo vođenja timova i koordinacije resursa u projektnom okruženju
Razumijevanje tehničkih, organizacijskih i financijskih aspekata upravljanja mehanizacijom
Iskustvo suradnje s dobavljačima, servisnim partnerima i drugim vanjskim suradnicima
Izražene organizacijske, komunikacijske i pregovaračke vještine
Prednost: znanje engleskog jezika
Izvrsnost u korištenju MS Office paketom
