Sales Executive (m/f/d)

Location: Zagreb County

Sales Executive is a key role responsible for driving commercial growth and strengthening market presence through proactive and results-oriented sales strategies. The role requires strong relationship-building skills to identify new opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and support the company’s international expansion. By combining hands-on execution with strategic thinking, the Sales Executive contributes to sustainable revenue growth and the achievement of long-term business objectives.

Main responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to the development of sales activities in domestic and international markets
  • Negotiate with distributors and partners
  • Participate in tenders and projects
  • Explore new markets and sales channels
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Monitor market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly proactive, extroverted, and quick to learn
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Willingness to travel and work in a flexible environment
