Sales Executive (m/f/d)
Location: Zagreb County
Sales Executive is a key role responsible for driving commercial growth and strengthening market presence through proactive and results-oriented sales strategies. The role requires strong relationship-building skills to identify new opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and support the company’s international expansion. By combining hands-on execution with strategic thinking, the Sales Executive contributes to sustainable revenue growth and the achievement of long-term business objectives.
Main responsibilities:
- Actively contribute to the development of sales activities in domestic and international markets
- Negotiate with distributors and partners
- Participate in tenders and projects
- Explore new markets and sales channels
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Monitor market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly proactive, extroverted, and quick to learn
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel and work in a flexible environment
