Our client, B. Braun is looking for a motivated and reliable IT Specialist to support both B. Braun Polyclinic Avitum and broader IT operations within B. Braun.
IT Specialist (m/f/d)
Location: Zagreb
The IT Specialist is responsible for analysing and troubleshooting technical issues in alignment with established procedures while serving as the primary local contact throughout the support process. Additionally, the role includes monitoring, updating, and ensuring compliance with software, licensing, and security requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitoring, updating, and maintaining software while ensuring timely license renewals and compliance with security regulations
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining the NEXADIA system while providing first-level technical support (previous experience in NEXADIA system is not need, as you will receive professional training)
- Troubleshooting, analysing, and resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and client-specific applications while accurately documenting incidents, tracking support tickets, and escalating issues as needed
- Timely processing and fulfilling service requests from end users following established procedures
- Serving as the primary local contact for operational technology (OT) assets and software in the country
- Acting as a liaison between business units and global IT/OT teams
- Delivering professional and high-quality communication throughout the support process (Help Desk Level 1)
- Identifying and implementing optimization opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service quality
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Education in Information Technology or a related field (degree or certification preferred but not mandatory)
- Understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, and peripheral equipment (prior experience or knowledge in device handling and therapy modes is an advantage but not mandatory)
- Strong verbal and written communications skills in English
- Desire to grow professionally and continuously learn about new technology while collaborating with different teams in the organization
- High level of proactivity and willingness to take responsibility
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse situations and make informed decisions
