It is used to assess expert competencies, either for selection or development purposes. All assessment activities are adapted to the specifics of the expert area.

What does the assessment center process look like?

Introductory meeting

Together with your HR team, we define the method of implementation of the assessment center and target the key competencies that are needed in candidates. If necessary, we can create custom-made assessment activities that best suit the needs of the position and the organization. Most often, the first step involves completing the Belbin Job Questionnaire, which helps identify key team roles for a specific position. 

Workshop

During the preparatory workshop, participants receive key information about the purpose, goals and structure of the assessment center, as well as detailed instructions on how to implement individual activities and expectations in order to best prepare for the evaluation process.

Filling out the questionnaire

Participants receive links to access Belbin and DNLA questionnaires to complete online before the assessment day.

Live Assessment

During the assessment day, a behavioral interview targeting key competencies is conducted. Its duration can vary from 60 to 90 minutes. Trained assessors observe the participants' behavior through guided exercises and compare the collected data with the results of the questionnaire.

Individual reports

Assessment reports are informative documents that contain an interpretation of the results of the questionnaire, impressions from the conducted assessment activities, and a conclusion in which all data are connected and key strengths and areas for improvement are highlighted. The content of the report can be adjusted to the client's needs.

1 on 1 conversations with participants

After employees review their assessment report, they participate in a development interview with the purpose of further clarifying the assessment center results and defining key areas for improvement.

Consultations with the HR department on results and further development activities

Our consultants are always available to the HR department, as well as all key stakeholders in the process. The goal is to provide insight into the key findings of the assessment center and offer practical implications for future activities within the organization.

Generating individual reports

Reports are automatically generated as soon as all the necessary data for an individual participant is collected. They are clear and easy to understand, combining graphical displays with written explanations of the results. They serve as an excellent basis for discussing individual strengths and areas for development.

Generating group reports

The group report shows the results at the level of all employees who participated in the 360° assessment. It contains insight into the team's shared strengths and identifies key areas for development. If you wish, it is possible to create additional reports for specific clusters within the organization - such as the finance sector, the statistics sector and others.
