94% of leaders expect their employees to acquire new skills
The Future Jobs and Skills Map project was inspired by the research The Future of Jobs Report, according to which, due to the increasingly widespread use of machines and algorithms in work processes, 97 million new jobs will be created by 2025. The same research shows that as many as 94% of leaders expected their employees to acquire new skills in 2020, and today that expectation is even greater.

100 jobs of the future in the top 10 industries in Croatia
SELECTIO Grup, A1 Hrvatska, the Ministry of Labour, Algebra, and a large team of experts, which includes 27 scientists, professors, managers, and experts from various industries as well as founders of technology companies created a list of skills for future occupations in the top ten industry.
For this project, HR experts from SELECTIO Group analyzed the largest and most relevant skill base for all jobs that exist in Croatia today.
