How do we match mentor pairs?

Our consultants match mentors and mentees from different organizations according to identified development needs and strengths. Choose a mentor and mentee from your organization and provide them with development support to fulfill their full potential! Your mentor will receive useful tools for developing a mentoring approach, while the mentee will empower key competencies that they can use in their daily work and career development.

What does a 360 assessment involve and why is it conducted at the beginning and end of a program?

The 360° assessment enables an in-depth analysis of the leadership and mentorship competencies of the participants. It is conducted online through the SELECTIO platform and includes:

  • Participants' self-assessment
  • Assessment of competences by superiors, team members and colleagues

This assessment is carried out at the beginning of the program to identify the starting point and potential development gaps, while at the end of the program it is repeated as a before-after measurement, providing a clear insight into individual progress.

What does assessment center involve and why is it conducted at the beginning and end of the program?

The Assessment Center includes an assessment of leadership and mentoring competencies using specific tools. The process includes:

  • DNLA Social Competencies Questionnaire
  • DNLA Leadership Competencies Questionnaire
  • Belbin Team Roles Questionnaire
  • Competency Interview
  • Role Play
  • Group Activity

This comprehensive Leadership Assessment Center is designed to identify the strengths and areas for development of each participant. At the end of the program, key elements of the assessment are repeated to track development and progress over a one-year period.

What do mentoring meetings look like?

Mentoring meetings are held monthly, according to a pre-agreed schedule between mentors and program participants. SELECTIO consultants facilitate the entire process and provide support in the role of coaches, ensuring maximum value for all participants.

What areas does the training cover?

Based on the results of the 360 ​​assessment and assessment center, individualized training and topics are defined for each program group. Key topics are focused on:
