Account Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Zagreb
Responsibilities:
Actively seek new business opportunities and potential clients in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Albania
Establish and build long-term relationships with key partners and clients
Present and demonstrate AI solutions tailored to client needs
Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to deliver the best solutions to clients
Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
Requirements:
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in selling SaaS or AI technology solutions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence
Ability to work independently, manage the sales pipeline, and effectively prioritize tasks
- Excellent English (written/spoken) and Croatian
- Outcome-driven, independent, and equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves and shaping long-term strategy
