Operating in markets from Slovenia to Greece, the company is already building a reputation for delivering cutting-edge solutions in customer service powered by AI. Their agentic AI platform helps organizations optimize large-scale customer interactions by improving efficiency, reducing delays, and creating a seamless experience for end users.

They are currently looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join their team in the position of:

Account Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Zagreb

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek new business opportunities and potential clients in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Albania

  • Establish and build long-term relationships with key partners and clients

  • Present and demonstrate AI solutions tailored to client needs

  • Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to deliver the best solutions to clients

  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in selling SaaS or AI technology solutions

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence
  • Ability to work independently, manage the sales pipeline, and effectively prioritize tasks

  • Excellent English (written/spoken) and Croatian
  • Outcome-driven, independent, and equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves and shaping long-term strategy
