Executive Office Associate (m/f/d)

Location: Zagreb

This role centers on providing direct support to the Chief Executive Officer while contributing to the smooth functioning of the wider executive office. It is a position that combines responsibility with opportunity, offering professional growth and skill development in a successful corporate environment.

Main responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support for the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Keeping the CEO’s calendar up to date and ensuring effective time management
  • Managing and coordinating the CEO’s meetings
  • Organizing business trips, including booking flights, accommodation, as well as preparing travel documentation
  • Liaising with internal teams, external partners, and visitors, ensuring effective communication and a professional first impression
  • Collaborating with colleagues in the Executive Office, contributing to operational efficiency and teamwork
  • Overseeing incoming and outgoing correspondence, documentation, and communications
  • Handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism

Required skills, knowledge, and experience:

  • Previous experience in an executive support role
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • A proactive and approachable manner when dealing with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office tools and digital applications
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
