Executive Office Associate (m/f/d)
Location: Zagreb
This role centers on providing direct support to the Chief Executive Officer while contributing to the smooth functioning of the wider executive office. It is a position that combines responsibility with opportunity, offering professional growth and skill development in a successful corporate environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support for the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Keeping the CEO’s calendar up to date and ensuring effective time management
- Managing and coordinating the CEO’s meetings
- Organizing business trips, including booking flights, accommodation, as well as preparing travel documentation
- Liaising with internal teams, external partners, and visitors, ensuring effective communication and a professional first impression
- Collaborating with colleagues in the Executive Office, contributing to operational efficiency and teamwork
- Overseeing incoming and outgoing correspondence, documentation, and communications
- Handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
Required skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Previous experience in an executive support role
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced corporate environment
- A proactive and approachable manner when dealing with colleagues and stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of MS Office tools and digital applications
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
