Our client, Wonderful Systems, is a fast-growing company headquartered in Tel Aviv with a strong and expanding presence across Central and South-Eastern Europe. Operating in markets from Slovenia to Greece, the company is already building a reputation for delivering cutting-edge solutions in customer service powered by AI. Their agentic AI platform helps organizations optimize large-scale customer interactions by improving efficiency, reducing delays, and creating a seamless experience for end users.

They are currently looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join their team in the position of:

Head of CS and Program (m/f/d)

Location: Zagreb

Main responsibilities:

  • Owning the end-to-end delivery of agent implementations by turning client needs into timelines and deliverables, coordinating between AI engineers and client teams, and ensuring successful, timely launches
  • Leading large, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations by running cross-functional meetings, managing Gantt charts (milestones, dependencies, owners), and keeping client teams aligned
  • Supporting and guiding clients through onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion
  • Building strong client relationships by managing expectations and maintaining alignment
  • Driving execution and leadership by managing programs, while establishing and scaling local client-facing teams, including building and leading CS, Implementation, and Program Management functions
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for strategic customers and ensuring long-term collaboration
  • Taking a hands-on role in implementation and overseeing configuration, testing, optimization of AI agents, and needed integrations
  • Managing risks, handling escalations and removing blockers to keep programs on track

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Management, Technical Project Management, or Technical Customer Success in enterprise Saas, AI, or related tech
  • Proven hands-on delivery experience in complex, technical enterprise programs (not only oversight)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership - hiring, managing and scaling Program Manager teams
  • Experience building new functions or operations in growth-stage companies or new geographies
  • Excellent English (written/spoken) and Croatian
  • Strong technical acumen - APIs, cloud platforms, enterprise IT integrations
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence
  • Outcome-driven, independent, and equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves and shaping long-term strategy
