They are currently looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join their team in the position of:
Head of CS and Program (m/f/d)
Location: Zagreb
Main responsibilities:
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of agent implementations by turning client needs into timelines and deliverables, coordinating between AI engineers and client teams, and ensuring successful, timely launches
- Leading large, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations by running cross-functional meetings, managing Gantt charts (milestones, dependencies, owners), and keeping client teams aligned
- Supporting and guiding clients through onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion
- Building strong client relationships by managing expectations and maintaining alignment
- Driving execution and leadership by managing programs, while establishing and scaling local client-facing teams, including building and leading CS, Implementation, and Program Management functions
- Serving as the primary point of contact for strategic customers and ensuring long-term collaboration
- Taking a hands-on role in implementation and overseeing configuration, testing, optimization of AI agents, and needed integrations
- Managing risks, handling escalations and removing blockers to keep programs on track
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Management, Technical Project Management, or Technical Customer Success in enterprise Saas, AI, or related tech
- Proven hands-on delivery experience in complex, technical enterprise programs (not only oversight)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership - hiring, managing and scaling Program Manager teams
- Experience building new functions or operations in growth-stage companies or new geographies
- Excellent English (written/spoken) and Croatian
- Strong technical acumen - APIs, cloud platforms, enterprise IT integrations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence
- Outcome-driven, independent, and equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves and shaping long-term strategy
