What does it mean that 360 assessments are conducted via the SELECTIO Platform?

The SELECTIO platform enables easy administration and implementation of the 360° process. Employees and assessors can quickly and easily complete the 360° questionnaire via any device, and the report is generated automatically and can be easily shared with employees.

What happens after the report is delivered?

After the report is delivered, SELECTIO consultants are present in other steps of the process to support HR, line managers, and participants. 

  • Interpretation of results with HR or line manager  - If necessary, our consultants provide additional interpretation of the 360° assessment results for HR departments or line managers. These consultations help to better understand the results at the team or individual level and facilitate the planning of specific development activities.   
  • Individual feedback session  - SELECTIO consultants conduct 60-minute consultations with each participant with the aim of a detailed interpretation of the 360° assessment results. In this way, participants receive additional clarifications, insight into their strengths, and recommendations for further development.  
  • Creation of individual development plans  - Based on the results of the 360° assessment, SELECTIO consultants help employees form realistic and concrete action plans through additional individual consultations and create an individual development plan. In cooperation with HR, the plans include available development activities such as coaching, mentoring or leadership academies.  According to further needs, follow-up interviews are organized after 6 months to monitor progress and provide additional support.  
  • Creating Group Development Plans  - Group development plans are based on the aggregated results of a 360° assessment and are focused on developing key competencies at the team, department, or entire organization level.  
  • Implementing 360° workshops - If needed, SELECTIO offers interactive workshops on giving and receiving feedback, with a special emphasis on understanding and applying 360° assessment results, reading reports, and creating next steps. 

Is it possible to customize the questionnaire and process for a 360° assessment? 

It is possible to use the pre-prepared SELECTIO competency model and accompanying tool or to fully customize the system to your own needs – including your competency model, rating scales, participant roles, and personalized e-mail messages.

If you do not have developed behavioral indicators for your competencies, our consultants will suggest them and create a 360° questionnaire tailored to your values or competency model. It is possible to create multiple 360° questionnaires depending on the departments in the company or the specific competencies that you want to assess.

Is the platform available in foreign languages?

Yes, the SELECTIO platform supports creating and filling out questionnaires and generating reports in numerous foreign languages.

How long does it take to complete a 360 questionnaire?

For a faster and more efficient process, automated invitations are available via the SELECTIO platform, along with reminders to complete the questionnaire. Data collection usually takes one to two weeks, depending on your needs.

Why are kick-off workshops organized for employees?

As part of the kick-off workshop, employees receive information about the purpose, method of implementation and the outcome of the entire 360° assessment process, along with an understanding of the competency model being assessed.

The group report shows the results at the level of all employees who participated in the 360° assessment. It contains insight into the team's shared strengths and identifies key areas for development. If you wish, it is possible to create additional reports for specific clusters within the organization - such as the finance sector, the statistics sector and others.
