National Key Account Manager Croatia
Location: Zagreb/remote
Main responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with key customers across the Croatian market
- Drive sales growth through both direct and indirect sales channels
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand distribution and strengthen the sales network
- Coordinate and support distributor activities to ensure effective market execution
- Provide ongoing customer support to maximize sales performance and commercial results
- Plan, organize, and execute sales and promotional activities in line with business objectives
- Coordinate marketing initiatives in collaboration with local partners and external agencies
- Take full ownership of business results and performance development within the Croatian market
Required skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or FMCG commercial roles
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of the Croatian retail landscape and strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics, with specific experience in the confectionery industry preferred
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is considered an advantage
- Proven ability to drive sales growth through innovative commercial approaches and effective stakeholder communication
- Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with national retail customers and key stakeholders
- Highly independent and proactive professional with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and personal initiative
- Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated responsibility for achieving business objectives and revenue targets
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to develop and execute long-term customer and business plans
