SELECTIO Leadership Academy is a one-year development program that builds the leadership skills needed for leading modern teams. We develop managers who know how to create a relationship of trust, recognize the potential in differences, create responsibility for the result, and open the possibility for personal and professional development. Senior Talent Acquisition & Executive Search Consultant / Senior HR Consultant, SELECTIO

Ivana Matijević

As a graduate psychologist, Ivana joined SELECTIO Group in 2015, when she began working on recruitment and selection projects for numerous renowned organizations. During her career, Ivana has successfully led and executed complex candidate searches across a variety of profiles and responsibility levels. Her clients include some of the most prominent domestic and international companies, such as Heineken, Coca-Cola, IKEA, Hrvatski Telekom, Pliva, and Podravka, and many others.

Ivana has extensive experience working on the Employer Partner certification consulting project, which has provided her with deep insights into labor markets and the quality of HR processes in both domestic and international companies. In addition, she works as a trainer and has designed transformational educational programs focused on leadership development for large B2B projects, reaching over 300 managers.

Senior HR Consultant, SELECTIO

Tanja Prekodravac

As an Expert Advisor for Education and Human Resource Development, Tanja Prekodravac joined SELECTIO Group in 2006 as the Career Days Project Manager. She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and continuously expands her expertise in HR management and development, as well as in therapy work. She has additional training in stress and burnout management, crisis intervention, communication, family mediation, group facilitation, and more. She has completed education in Gestalt psychotherapy, body psychotherapy, and coaching.

Her professional experience includes recruitment and selection, training and development, consulting projects, and certification work within the Employer Partner project.

Tanja has contributed to the development, implementation, and coordination of numerous educational programs in Croatia. She has delivered workshops and seminars on communication and presentation skills, teamwork, time management, professional stress, motivation, psychological testing and assessment, and more, for individuals, groups, institutions, and organizations. She has also participated in advisory work with both youth and adults.

Senior HR Consultant, SELECTIO

Jasna Belamarić

As the initiator of the program for the development of senior government officials and a long-term collaborator of the State School of Public Administration, Jasna has educated multiple generations of managers. She established programs for several courses and devised and implemented numerous educational and developmental initiatives. She holds a master's degree in psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb and has trained in several psychological disciplines, accumulating 20 years of experience as an HR professional, trainer, and consultant for human development. At the Higher Education Institution for Entrepreneurship, she lectured on Organizational Psychology, and today, in addition to HR consulting, she engages in executive coaching as well as research on organizational climate and job satisfaction.

Senior HR Consultant, SELECTIO

Marina Čović

After working in the primary healthcare system, occupational medicine, as well as psychiatry and neurology, Marina joined SELECTIO Group as Head of Assessment Centre. She graduated in psychology in Zagreb and gained experience working with oncology patients, as well as in counselling children and parents.

Marina currently develops, implements, and evaluates assessment and development centres, and optimises their application processes. Her work is focused on development and selection assessments, employee support programmes, and career counselling.

She has delivered numerous workshops and trainings in stress management, adaptation to change, as well as communication and self-presentation skills. She is currently in the second year of training in integrative psychotherapy, which further enriches her professional approach and work with people.

As a member of the certification team for the Employer Partner project, she has insight into a wide range of HR practices and high-quality HR systems, and her main professional interest lies in employee development and well-being.

Managing Partner, SELECTIO

Aleksandar Zemunić

Aleksandar Zemunić is the Managing Partner of SELECTIO Group, the leading HR consulting group in Croatia, which operates as a one-stop shop for all HR services.

He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Cardiff University in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Osijek. He is a recipient of the Chevening Scholarship, administered by the British Council.

For 20 years, he has been collaborating with a team of outstanding HR professionals who have successfully completed some of the most significant projects in the Croatian labor market. He is a lecturer on numerous HR topics and a certifier within the Employer Partner project. His areas of expertise include organizational and HR management process analysis, competency systems, and performance management.
