They are currently looking for a skilled and motivated professional for the position of:
Head of After-Sales (m/f/d)
Location: Zagreb
Main responsibilities:
- Leading and actively supporting After Sales operations, including Service, Warranty, and Spare Parts management
- Designing and implementing business plans and service strategies that balance strong performance with hands-on execution
- Preparing budgets, performance reports, and forecasts to support decision-making
- Defining and pursuing operational goals focused on continuous improvement and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Evaluating performance through data analysis and close monitoring of daily activities
- Leading by example through motivating, supporting, and developing the team via active presence and engagement
- Fostering cross-functional collaboration with other internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Implementing customer initiatives and parts/service campaigns tailored specifically to the Croatian market
- Managing and growing key client relationships through practical, partnership-based approaches
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in After Sales, Service, or Technical Management roles
- University degree in Engineering, Mechanics, Business Administration, or related field
- Practical mindset with strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong business orientation combined with willingness to contribute
- Hands-on working style and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in English
- Driver’s license
