They are currently looking for a skilled and motivated professional for the position of:

Head of After-Sales (m/f/d)

Location: Zagreb

Main responsibilities:

  • Leading and actively supporting After Sales operations, including Service, Warranty, and Spare Parts management
  • Designing and implementing business plans and service strategies that balance strong performance with hands-on execution
  • Preparing budgets, performance reports, and forecasts to support decision-making
  • Defining and pursuing operational goals focused on continuous improvement and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Evaluating performance through data analysis and close monitoring of daily activities
  • Leading by example through motivating, supporting, and developing the team via active presence and engagement
  • Fostering cross-functional collaboration with other internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Implementing customer initiatives and parts/service campaigns tailored specifically to the Croatian market
  • Managing and growing key client relationships through practical, partnership-based approaches

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in After Sales, Service, or Technical Management roles
  • University degree in Engineering, Mechanics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Practical mindset with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong business orientation combined with willingness to contribute
  • Hands-on working style and problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in English
  • Driver’s license
