Frequently asked questions

What is a sprint program?

A sprint is a package of 3-4 educational days built around one goal (eg feedback, delegation, communication, changes). It is designed to bring a quick and visible shift in everyday work.

How long does a sprint last and how is it organized?

Sprints typically last 3 days, with the possibility of a 4th day (depending on needs and budget). They can be conducted consecutively (3 days in a row) or modularly (with breaks for practical application). Trainings can be half-day or full-day, depending on the topic.

Is it possible to adapt the sprint to our needs?

That. Sprints are templates — we adapt the content and exercises to your real situations, the role of the participants and goals.

Can we create a custom sprint?

Yes. If the ready-made sprints don't quite suit you, you can create a sprint using a combination of trainings from the list on the site. Let us know your goal and audience, and we'll suggest the optimal schedule and format.

What is the optimal number of participants?

It depends on the topic and goal, but 8–16 participants per group is usually optimal. For larger groups, we suggest multiple parallel groups or a combination of formats.

Do you conduct training live or online?

Both. We can conduct training live (in-house) or online, depending on your capabilities and the profile of the participants.

How do we know which sprint to choose?

If you're not sure, send us your goal, audience, number of participants, and deadline — we'll get back to you with a sprint recommendation.

How do we know if we have reached the goal?

At the beginning, we agree on 2–3 indicators of success. During the sprint, we work on real-life situations from your context, and at the end, we define concrete implementation steps. If necessary, we also include a short follow-up to check what has taken root in practice and what needs to be further strengthened.

Choose the best combination

Every team has different challenges — that's why we offer training tailored to your specific goals. If you're not sure what to choose, contact us and briefly describe your needs and budget — we'll suggest the best solution or put together a tailor-made combination of trainings.
