Our Client, O-K-TEH is a supplier focused on serving large clients with specialized equipment across three key sectors: construction machinery, municipal vehicles and waste management equipment. With a client base that includes major brands like Konzum, Kaufland, Pliva, Strabag and many more, O-K-TEH has grown into a trusted partner for prominent companies in the region. They are currently looking to strengthen their sales team in the waste management machinery team for brand EGGERSMANN and they are looking for a person in the position of:

Key Account Manager

Location: Zagreb 

Main responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients in the waste management and recycling category
  • Engaging with principals to align brand strategy, product updates, and client needs
  • Proactively identifying new sales opportunities and supporting the acquisition of prospective clients in the B2B segment
  • Cooperating with partners, end users, and consultants to deliver tailored solutions in the field of waste processing machinery
  • Managing the preparation, negotiation, and finalization of contracts and offers, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards
  • Providing comprehensive support to clients during and after signing the contract, addressing all their inquiries, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience
  • Attending industry events, trade shows, and international meetings with principals across Europe to stay updated on market trends and innovations.

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Technical background (e.g., mechanical engineering or related technical fields) is considered an advantage but is not a requirement
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of sales
  • A network within the B2B segment, ideally with exposure to waste management, recycling, industrial machinery, or related sectors
  • Proficiency in English
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Croatia and regionally
  • Valid driver's license
