Belbin team roles are an integral part of the SELECTIO Leadership Academy.

Belbin's workshops for teams or pairs of employees provide individuals with the opportunity to explore how their colleagues perceive their behavior and how it aligns with their self-image.
Employees fill out a 360 assessment, and along with the individual report, a separate Belbin Team & Working Relationship report is created that visually displays all key items in one place.
Reports highlight areas of potential conflict and misunderstandings in teams or couples and are the basis for conflict management through group workshops or coaching sessions.
