Sales Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Zagreb
This role involves both strategic leadership and hands-on field engagement, guiding a team of sales representatives and ensuring the successful execution of commercial objectives across the market.
Main responsibilities:
- Leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to achieve business goals and maintain high performance levels
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring sales strategies aligned with company and brand objectives
- Conducting regular field visits to support sales representatives, assess market activities, and ensure effective execution
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and other stakeholders
- Analyzing market trends, sales data, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborating with marketing, medical, and regulatory teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance
- Ensuring adherence to ethical standards, company policies, and all relevant compliance guidelines
- Preparing accurate forecasts and reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, with strong understanding of Rx market dynamics
- Excellent understanding of the local healthcare and pharmaceutical market
- Prior leadership experience is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
