Our client, a successful international FMCG company, is looking for a dynamic and proactive individual for the position of:
Brand Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Zagreb
As a Brand Manager, you will take the lead in developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies, overseeing successful product launches, and driving impactful brand activations. You will be responsible for planning and implementing both ATL and BTL marketing initiatives across HoReCa and Retail channels, while effectively managing budgets.
Main responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing marketing plans
- Designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including both ATL and BTL strategies
- Evaluating the performance of marketing activities
- Managing marketing budgets for the assigned brand portfolio
- Analyzing brand performance and applying insights to develop new strategies and activities
- Continuously assessing the market to uncover potential risks and growth opportunities
- Monitoring competitor activity and crafting responsive marketing tactics
- Supporting the organization and execution of events
- Coordinating the work of marketing agencies and managing relationships with other third-party service providers
- Leading and mentoring team members to drive performance, foster development, and ensure alignment with brand objectives
- Collaborating cross-functionally with finance, logistics, and sales departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
- Strong strategic thinking and goal-oriented approach
- High level of creativity and openness to new ideas
- Excellent knowledge of English
