Main responsibilities:
- Expanding a company's reach and market presence in existing distributor led and new markets
- Developing marketing activation strategies: Creating plans to drive consumer engagement, product awareness, and brand visibility through various marketing channels for the assigned markets
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and market expansion
- Enhancing existing products and develop new offerings that meet market needs
- Implementing category strategy
- Developing the annual (rolling) activity plan and channel/customer execution plan
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing or management
- 5+ years of experience in marketing (operational), preferably within FMCG and covering more countries
- Project management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and allocating resources efficiently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Understanding key performance indicators (KPIs) and measuring the success of marketing initiatives
