Main responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients in the indoor category
- Engaging with principals to align brand strategy, product updates, and client needs
- Proactively identifying new sales opportunities and supporting the acquisition of prospective clients in the B2B segment
- Cooperating with partners, end users, and consultants to deliver tailored solutions in the field of indoor cleaning and reverse vending systems
- Managing the preparation, negotiation, and finalization of contracts and offers, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards
- Providing comprehensive support to clients during and after signing the contract, addressing all their inquiries, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience
- Attending industry events, trade shows, and international meetings with principals across Europe to stay updated on market trends and innovations.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of sales
- A network within the B2B segment, with a strong understanding of facility management and relationships with large-scale retailers
- Proficiency in English
- Willingness to travel frequently within Croatia and regionally
- Valid driver's license
