Sales Representative (m/f/d)
Location: Dalmatia/hybrid 
Main responsibilities:
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to strengthen the company's market position
  • Engaging in field activities, regularly visiting clients, distributors, investors, contractors, installers, architects and retailers
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
  • Proactively assessing client requirements and providing customized solutions to meet their needs
  • Overseeing both account management and project management tasks, preparing offers and specifications and ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and project initiatives

Required skills, knowledge and experience:
  • Technical education background (preferred but not mandatory)
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, project management, procurement or similar role, preferably within a similar industry
  • Strong local knowledge and network in Dalmatia, with the ability to leverage connections to drive sales
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
