Main responsibilities:
- Developing and managing both offline and digital marketing campaigns
- Providing support in creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for medical devices, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Creating and maintaining content for various communication channels (website, social media, sales points).
- Collaborating with sales teams to coordinate marketing and sales activities
- Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and providing actionable insights for optimization
- Engaging in the preparation and execution of brand presentations and activations at congresses and events
- Overseeing e-commerce operations, tracking sales, and driving innovative solutions for market growth
- Analysing market trends, competitors, and industry changes to ensure competitiveness
- Maintaining communication with key stakeholders, ensuring smooth transmission of vital information between local teams and central divisions
- Conducting regular field visits to assess market activities and strengthen relationships with customers and partners.
- Assisting in organizing training sessions for key stakeholders
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns
- High level of proactivity, motivation, and a results-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English and a valid driver’s license are required
- Permanent contract with a 6-month probation period.
