Marketing and Brand Development Specialist (m/f/d)

Main responsibilities:
  • Supporting the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Leading the development and execution of both digital and offline marketing initiatives
  • Producing and updating content across various platforms (website, social media, sales materials) to promote brand awareness
  • Analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Partnering with sales teams to synchronize marketing and sales efforts for enhanced business outcomes
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of brand presentations and activations at industry events and conferences
  • Conducting field visits to engage with customers and partners, strengthening business relationships and gathering feedback on marketing effectiveness
  • Monitoring market dynamics, including competitor strategies and emerging industry trends, to maintain competitiveness
  • Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient flow of information
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and/or sales
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
