Executive Search & Talent Acquisition Consultant (m/f/d)

Location: Zagreb

We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to take a strategic, client-facing role in driving high-impact executive search projects. This is a senior-level position ideal for someone ready to lead complex recruitment initiatives, advise top-tier clients, and mentor talent acquisition experts. This role offers an opportunity to influence hiring decisions at the highest level and help shape the future of the labor market!

This position requires:

  • Independently lead end-to-end executive recruitment and selection projects across diverse industries
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior-level stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs, Board Members, Partners), providing insights on hiring strategies, talent mapping, and market positioning
  • Design and implement recruitment and marketing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets
  • Manage client relationships with a consultative, long-term approach, ensuring quality delivery and sustained partnership
  • Lead client meetings, gather detailed role briefs, and translate them into actionable sourcing strategies
  • Prepare high-quality client reports, market analysis, and hiring recommendations
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, provide structured feedback and support knowledge sharing across the team
  • Proactively engage with the market and identify business development opportunities

Apply if you:

  • Bring a solid track record in recruitment, talent acquisition, or consultancy—ideally with 7+ years of experience in a similar or senior role. Alternatively, you have a strong business background and are ready to leverage your extensive professional network in the executive search space
  • Possess hands-on experience managing complex selection processes or delivering high-level consultancy services
  • Hold a university degree
  • Communicate fluently in spoken English and demonstrate advanced proficiency in written communication
  • Have advanced computer skills (MS Office tools) and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms
  • Excel in stakeholder communication, with refined presentation skills and the ability to build trust with senior decision-makers
  • Make informed, confident decisions, even in high-pressure situations
  • Are a flexible and resourceful individual who sees new and unpredictable situations as an opportunity to develop

Selekcijski proces može trajati dulje od uobičajenih in-house regrutacijskih procesa jer uključuje i naše i klijentove selekcijske postupke. Trajanje uvelike ovisi o specifičnostima i potrebama svakog klijenta, obično varira od jednog mjeseca do šest mjeseci, a najčešće traje oko 2-3 mjeseca, pri čemu uzimamo u obzir i otkazni rok kandidata.
