Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)
Location: Zagreb
As a member of Recruitment and Selection Team, you will be able to demonstrate your abilities, express your preferences, and have an opportunity to learn and develop in numerous aspects of human resources.
This position requires:
- Identifying potential candidates of various profiles within the FMCG, IT, Retail, Finance, Pharmaceutical, and other industries
- Conducting market research and identifying adequate recruiting channels
- Preparing offers and contracts for clients
- Managing one-on-one meetings with clients, receiving preferable candidate profiles (job briefs) and counselling clients about optimal recruitment, selection, and research strategies
- Making advertising plans and managing different recruitment channels in order to attract talents on the market
- Conducting candidate recruitment and selection processes
- Preparing detailed reports for clients and feedback sessions for different stakeholders (General Manager, CFO, CEO, Board Members, Partners, etc.)
- Maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients
Apply if you:
- Have a proven work experience as a Recruiter or Consultant (preferably minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role)
- Have a hands-on experience with various selection processes or consultancy
- Hold a university degree
- Are fluent in spoken and advanced in written English language
- Have advanced computer skills (MS Office tools)
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Have strong decision-making skills
- Are a flexible and resourceful individual who sees new and unpredictable situations as an opportunity to develop
