For our client, Business Media Croatia, we are looking for a candidate to work for their publication, Pharmabiz Magazin, a professional magazine about medicines and medical products aimed at healthcare professionals, for the position of:
Key Account Manager
Lokacija: Zagreb
Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for maintaining and expanding business primarily in the pharmaceutical sector, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful sales.
Main responsibilities
- Actively acquire new clients and seek growth opportunities
- Responsible for expanding business, primarily in the pharmaceutical sector
- Build long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and business retention
- Identifying new needs within existing accounts and proposing additional solutions
- Upsell and cross-sell sponsorships and advertising space across all company media (print and electronic)
- Participating in product and project development
- Attend media events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company
- Stay informed about industry trends to offer relevant solutions to clients
- Preparing comprehensive reports (financial results, sales, and content activities) upon project completion
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Fluency in English
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Hands-on and flexible approach to work
- Experience in medical media is preferred but not mandatory
